    Rainbow Smoothie

Lately, we have been trying to “eat the rainbow” everyday! Focusing on healthy food choices and eating as many fruits and veggies as possible. Makes 4, 1 cup servings

    • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
    • 1 1/4 cups almond milk
    • 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1/2 cup frozen fruit medley (we used mango, banana, strawberry medley, you can use any berry assortment that you like)

    • 2 teaspoons flax seed
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
